This Refund and Return Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to all sales of hemp products initiated through k9candykitchen.com (the “Site”). The Site and all hemp products, including but not limited to hemp seeds and hemp plant starts (“Hemp Products”) advertised or promoted through it, is the sole property of K9candykitchen, LLC (the “Company,” “Us” “Our” and/or “We”), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent company, and other related companies. This Refund Policy and the Site’s Terms and Conditions describe your sole recourse as a purchaser of hemp products through the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to update our Refund Policy. In the event our Refund Policy has been updated, a notice will be posted on the site, please read the notices carefully. By initiating a purchase of hemp products through our Site, you expressly consent to terms and conditions of the Refund Policy. References to “you”, “your” and “User” refer to you, a user of our Site and purchaser of our hemp products.

  1. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY. Company shall use best efforts to ensure all details, descriptions, availability and pricing which is displayed on thіѕ Site is accurate, however, еrrоrѕ mау still occur. If Company discovers an еrrоr with respect to any рrісе or availability of аnу Hemp Products whісh уоu have оrdеrеd (“Pricing Error”), Company shall inform you of such Pricing Error as soon аѕ possible. Upon receipt of a notice of a Pricing Error уоu shall have the option of rесоnfіrmіng уоur оrdеr at the соrrесt рrісе, or with respect to availability, selecting an equivalent Hemp Product and reconfirming your order or cancelling it. If Company is unable to contact уоu, your оrdеr will be treated аѕ cancelled. If upon receipt of a Pricing Error notice, уоu саnсеl your order and уоu have already раіd for the Hemp Products, you will rесеіvе a full refund.

2. Hemp Product Payments and Shipping

2.1 Payments. All Hemp Product orders initiated through the use of this Site must be paid in full through the use of the Site’s checkout process or phone order procedures.

2.2 Shipping. Upon Company’s confirmation of full payment being received for a proposed order, Company shall use best efforts to ensure the Hemp Product is shipped, via a Company approved carrier, within 5-7 days of the order confirmation.

All hemp products shipped via USPS and or Fed-ex are in a vacuum sealed package.

3. RETURN POLICY FOR HEMP PRODUCTS.

2.1 Notification and Refund. Prior to issuing any refund or credit, Company must receive full payment for the Hemp Products. Company will only refund Hemp Products which are damaged or defective. All returned Hemp Products must be unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition. Returned Hemp Products must be post-marked and prepared for delivery to Company within 7 days of you receiving delivery of the Hemp Product. You shall be responsible for all return postage costs. If there is a problem with any Hemp Products you received, you must notify Company within 48 hours of receiving the Hemp Products. Once the return process has been completed and the Hemp Product successfully returned to Company, a payment refund or a credit for future Hemp Product purchases will be issued.

2.2 Exclusive Remedies. REPLACEMENT OF HEMP PRODUCT OR REFUND OF THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE PRICE AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES.

  1. REFUND DISPUTES. All disputes and controversies arising from this Refund Policy or any additional terms of sales, shall be resolved pursuant to the ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE Section of the Site’s Terms of Service.
